Content Moderation Policy

Daily Simulator lets visitors create and play AI-powered text simulators. Because our visitors can create simulators and leave comments, parts of this site are user generated. This policy explains the rules for that content, how we moderate it, and how to report anything that breaks the rules.

Moderation is in place

Every simulator created on Daily Simulator is reviewed automatically before it is published. Our system checks the submitted title and blocks anything that falls into the prohibited categories listed below. A simulator that fails this check is not published and does not appear anywhere on the site.

Comments are filtered for spam and abuse before they appear, and we review comments that are held for moderation.

Moderation does not stop at publication. We review every report we receive, and we remove or unpublish content that breaks these rules. We also spot-check published simulators and remove anything that should not have passed. We may remove, edit or unpublish any content at any time, with or without notice.

Rules for user content

Do not create simulators, write comments, or submit anything that contains or promotes:

  • Sexual content involving minors. Anyone under 18 in a sexual, romantic or suggestive context is strictly prohibited. This includes fictional characters and any school-age framing combined with romance or intimacy. We have zero tolerance for this and will report illegal material to the appropriate authorities.
  • Sexual or pornographic content of any kind, including fetish content and sexual content presented through euphemism.
  • Graphic violence or gore, torture, or the glorification of real-world mass violence such as school or public shootings.
  • Hate and discrimination, including slurs or content that demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
  • Harassment and bullying, including content targeting or threatening a real person, and publishing someone’s private information.
  • Self-harm content, including the promotion of suicide, self-injury or eating disorders.
  • Illegal activity, including instructions for making weapons or drugs, hacking, fraud or scams.
  • Impersonation and misuse of real people. Do not place real, identifiable people in sexual, romantic, violent or defamatory scenarios, and do not impersonate anyone.
  • Infringing content, including material that violates someone else’s copyright or trademark.
  • Spam and low-quality content, including gibberish, nonsense titles and automated bulk submissions.

Daily Simulator is intended for users aged 18 and over, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

How to report content

Every simulator page has a “Report this simulator” link directly below the simulator. Use it to flag anything that breaks these rules. You will be asked to choose a reason and can add details. You do not need an account, and you can report anonymously.

You can also email us at hellodailysimulator@gmail.com. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem.

We aim to review reports within one business day. Reports involving minors, sexual content or credible threats are treated as urgent and reviewed as quickly as possible. If you give us your email address we will let you know the outcome.

What happens when content breaks the rules

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may:

  • Remove or unpublish the simulator, or delete the comment
  • Block the person who submitted it from creating further content
  • Restrict or block access to the site
  • Report the matter to law enforcement where the content appears to be illegal

Sexual content involving minors results in immediate removal and a permanent block, with no warning.

AI-generated content

Simulator text on this site is generated by AI in response to what users type. It is fiction, created for entertainment, and is not advice of any kind. AI systems are not perfect, and output can occasionally be wrong or inappropriate despite the safeguards we apply. If you see AI output that breaks these rules, please report it using the link on the page so we can address it.

Daily Simulator is supported by advertising. We work to keep all content on this site compliant with the brand safety standards of our advertising partners, and we remove content that does not meet those standards.
